Main course: Polpettine di pesce con humus di ceci (depp fried Fish Balls served with tuscany checkpeas humus)

Main course:   Tortino di merluzzo su crema di zucchini (Fish  terrine with cream of zucchini)

Appetizer: Cozze marinate all’Aretina (Marinated mussels with tomato, laurel, parsley  and chilli)
First Course:  risotto alla marinara  (risotto with seafood)
